Hello everyone, we’ve got a brand spanking new steady program starting up at CYN Corner Brook.  If you want to lose a few pounds, gain some muscle, or even just want to become a little healthier, then maybe you should drop over to CYN every Thursday night at 6pm and join our Fitness Group.  Each night we head over to the gym and start out with a structured routine.  The routines depend on what everyone wants; typically they’ll be body building or cardio based routines, but remember, they can change based upon whatever you request!  After the structured routine segment, you’ll have free-time in the gym to do whatever you please.  This program will continue to be offered as long as people keep showing up.  So, spread the word and come on over to get fit!
